Wenzhou Yiyi Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. is a custom packaging manufacturer based in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, one of China’s established packaging industry clusters. We focus on Paper Cups, Paper Bags and plastic cups for foodservice, takeaway, retail, events and branded packaging programs.

Our production facility covers approximately 5,000 to 6,000 square metres and brings design support, sampling, production and quality control together under one coordinated workflow. The equipment lineup includes 25 high-speed paper cup forming machines, two six-colour flexographic printing machines and five automatic paper bag machines, supporting stable production for both repeat and time-sensitive orders.

Custom Finishes and Formats

We support hot stamping, embossing and soft-touch paper for brands that require a more distinctive presentation. Paper cup options include food-grade paperboard with PE coating and double-wall structures for improved heat insulation. Paper bag specifications can be tailored by material, size, handle and printing requirement. Custom plastic cups are also available for coordinated packaging projects.

Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out from material selection through finished-product inspection. For applicable paper cup orders, leak testing is performed with hot water at 90°C ± 5°C for 30 minutes to check for leakage, deformation and coating separation. Requirements are confirmed before production so that materials, printing, structure and packing can be checked against the approved sample.

Flexible Project Support

Standard samples can normally be prepared in about two days, while urgent sampling may be available on the same day. The standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces for stock items, regular printed orders and selected special-finish orders. Rush production can be arranged in as little as three days, subject to specification, quantity and material availability.
